A cruise on the Aqua Amazon offers guests the comfort and elegance of a custom designed ship and the guest service possible with a 1.1 to 1 guest to staff ratio. The Aqua Amazon was designed by leading Peruvian architect Jordi Puig and measures 40 meters (130 feet). In 2013, additional extensive interior and technological enhancements were made further securing the ship’s position at the forefront of luxury Amazon River travel.

 

Spacious and indulgent, yet intimate enough to feel entirely exclusive, the Aqua Amazon incorporates extremely generous lounging and dining areas, and can accommodate a maximum of 24 guests plus 21 crew including our onboard paramedic and naturalist guides. Aqua Expeditions highly experienced river pilots and the most rigorous cruise ship standards ensure smooth travel and safety on the water.

 

Generous picture windows face the Amazon River (with blackout windows for maximum privacy) in each of the Aqua Amazon’s 12 cruise ship suites, of which four are Master Suites. Handsomely decorated with natural fibers and neutral hues these air-conditioned accommodations with en suite sitting areas and stone bathrooms each measure between 21 to 22 square meters (230 to 240 square feet). Four of these suites can be interconnected, to cater to families.

The Aria Amazon was designed by leading Peruvian architect Jordi Puig and measures 45 meters (147 feet). Spacious and indulgent, yet private enough to feel entirely exclusive, the Aria Amazon includes generous lounging and dining areas, and can accommodate a maximum of 32 guests plus crew including our onboard paramedic. Aqua Expeditions highly experienced river pilots and the most rigorous cruise ship standards ensure smooth travel and safety on the water.
